While growing up in Phoenix, Monica developed a love for dance at a very young age. Monica began dancing professionally after her senior year of high school. Her professional dance career began with the WNBA’s Phoenix Mercury Hip Hop Squad where she was a performer as well as a co-choreographer. During her season on the Hip Hop Squad, Monica was selected to model and perform in a state sponsored anti-tobacco campaign and commercial.  After her season with the Phoenix Mercury, Monica became a performer at Casino Arizona and Jackrabbit Supper Club & Lounge.  Monica then moved to Los Angeles, California to continue pursuing her modeling and dance career. While there she performed on a promotional commercial for Nip Tuck, modeled and performed for Paul Mitchell Paris and New York fashion shows, as well as performed numerous shows for Spanish-American actress, comedienne, and flamenco guitarist Charo.

After a couple of years of living and working in Los Angeles, Monica moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and began performing Planet Hollywood’s Peep Show starring Holly Madison and produced by Emmy Award winning Broadway director, Jerry Mitchell. Additionally, Monica has worked with artists such as Pitbull and Marc Anthony. Monica has a passion for performing, choreographing, and teaching.
